A jury made up of industry professionals is responsible for reading and evaluating all projects submitted to the ONIdeas Contest<\/strong><\/a> that meet the terms and conditions of the call, in order to subsequently make the selection.<\/p>\n

The selected projects were presented during ONSeries Lisboa<\/strong>, that took place on 25 and 26 November<\/strong> in the Centro Cultural de Bel\u00e9m (CCB), in Lisbon (Portugal).<\/p>\n

After more than a decade working in the financial sector Alberto takes a turn in his career to approach his true passion – audiovisual – in its many aspects: he combines his work as an executive producer (O Sabor das Margaridas, Chegar a Casa) with the direction of the Latin American Film Festival in Santiago de Compostela and collaborations with AGADIC (Galician Agency of Cultural Industries) and the Galician Audiovisual Cluster.
\n<\/span>Alberto truly enjoys sharing his knowledge and does so through financial and business development consulting for audiovisual projects along with teaching in the Business Organization department of the University of Santiago de Compostela.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span>Since 1993 in Casablanca Content in Brazil, considered one of the top independent production companies in Latin America, with the goal to give to the Brazilian market an outstanding and remarkable quality jump.<\/span>
\n<\/span>Since then, she has managed the jobs of the most important Brazilian clients in advertising, TV original series (<\/span>Prata da Casa<\/span><\/i> (FOX), <\/span>The American Guest<\/span><\/i> (HBO)…) and soap operas for RecordTV (<\/span>Escrava M\u00e3e<\/span><\/i>, <\/span>Os dez Mandamentos<\/span><\/i> \u2013second season- and <\/span>Belaventura<\/span><\/i>, among others).<\/span>

Jo\u00e3o\u00a0Barrigana\u00a0began his career in 1989\u00a0as an assistant director in the production area at RTP –\u00a0Radiotelevis\u00e3o\u00a0de Portugal. He was\u00a0working on\u00a0entertainment projects, musicals, recording plays and telefilms until 1995.\u00a0<\/span> Between 1995 and 2001 he worked as Project Manager in the Production area of DEI (Direction of International Broadcasts of RTP), collaborating in the recording or live broadcast projects for RTP International in Europe (France, Germany), America (Brazil and USA) and Africa (Cape Verde, Mozambique).
\n<\/span>Since 2004\u00a0he\u00a0works\u00a0in the fiction area of\u00a0Program\u00a0Management\/Content Development\u00a0department\u00a0of RTP Content. He is responsible\u00a0for following\u00a0the evolution of projects in contact with producers,\u00a0from the adjudication to\u00a0the\u00a0final delivery of episodes for broadcasting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Telmo\u00a0Francisco\u00a0joined RTP\u00a0in\u00a01998 as\u00a0Production\u00a0Director. He has worked as\u00a0video\u00a0editor for 12 years. He has\u00a0edited\u00a0a lot of videos in different areas: fiction, documentary,\u00a0musicals,\u00a0and entertainment, some of them award-winning.<\/span>
\n<\/span>At the same\u00a0time,\u00a0he studied a post-graduate course in Television Production Management (2005), and a\u00a0Television Directing course (RTP, 2006).\u00a0<\/span>
\n<\/span>In 2013 he\u00a0joined\u00a0Program Management department\u00a0at RTP, as\u00a0specialist in National Fiction Content Development. He supervises the development of\u00a0dozens\u00a0of fiction projects of\u00a0different genres, maintaining contact with the\u00a0production companies since the beginning of the project to the final delivery\u00a0for broadcasting.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tierno has a 20 year experience in TV negotiations for both Linear television channels and pay platforms.\u00a0She began her career at Viacom, at MTV Networks and moved on to the Acquisitions team at TVI \u00a0where she worked for a decade.
\nWith a degree in Communications from Boston University, \u00a0Tierno has also developed part of her professional career in the field of Children\u2019s programming, heading both the SIC K<\/em> and TXILLO<\/em> channels to her responsibility.<\/p>\n
